Cancellation Policy
Kindly give a 24-48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling to avoid full fee of the service.
Late policy
Please let me know if you're going to be late. I understand that things happen. I have a 10-minute grace period. 15 minutes late will result in $15 fee on top of your appt. 20+ minutes late will result in cancelled appt & 50% fee of service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of service
